Reports

Weekly and monthly email digests, and branded PDF reports for clients.

Scheduled email reports

Reports & alerts → Scheduled digests sends a daily, weekly or monthly report to an email address, Slack or Discord. Weekly and monthly reports open with What changed: the changes the change engine measured against the previous period, worded by AI (or by a template when AI is off). Every email has:

  • Six headline numbers with the change against the previous period of the same length: visitors, revenue, conversions, conversion rate, revenue per visitor and pageviews. Sites without revenue get traffic numbers instead (visits, bounce rate, average visit, pages per visitor).
  • A visitors chart for the period, drawn with plain table cells so it shows in every email client with images off.
  • New sources, top channels and sources (by revenue when there is revenue), top pages and top countries.
  • An Open dashboard button and a Manage or unsubscribe link to this page.

Small sites get counts instead of percentages ("+2" rather than "+67%"), and a period with no visits says so instead of sending a table of zeros. Emails work in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail, in light and dark mode, and contain no tracking pixels.

Client reports (PDF)

Reports & alerts → Client report (PDF) builds a print-ready A4 report for any period: a cover page, an executive summary, the headline numbers, traffic and revenue trends, revenue by channel, top sources, pages and countries, goals, the latest page speed check and a short note on how the numbers are measured. Preview it, then Download PDF and choose "Save as PDF" in the print dialog.

On the Growth plan, reports and emails use your white-label logo, name and accent colour from Settings → General, with no Realific branding. The summary reuses the "What changed" summary for the same period when one exists; generating a report never uses AI credits.

Over the API: GET /v1/sites/{id}/client-report?from=2026-10-01&to=2026-10-31 returns the report as an HTML document (html) and a suggested file name.
